简单说：原文件处理完立即删除，结果文件 7 天后删除。我们不用你的文件训练模型，不出售你的任何信息，也不用广告跟踪 cookie。
1. 我们收集哪些信息
- 邮箱地址：加入等候名单或注册账户时提供，用于发送任务完成通知、购买凭证和服务相关通知。
- 你上传的文件：仅用于处理你提交的任务。
- 使用信息：你选择的工具、页面语言、任务记录和点数余额。
- 大致地区：根据 IP 地址推断的国家，用于了解用户分布。我们不保存完整的 IP 地址。
- 付款信息：由支付服务商（如 Stripe）直接收集和处理。我们只会收到付款结果和金额，看不到也不保存你的银行卡号。
- 访问统计：使用 Cloudflare Web Analytics 统计访问量。它不使用 cookie，也不跨网站跟踪你。
2. 你的文件怎么处理
- 文件上传后加密传输和存储，只用于处理你提交的那个任务。
- 处理完成后，原文件立即删除。
- 结果文件保留 7 天供你下载，之后自动删除。
- 我们不会用你的文件训练任何模型。
- 加速任务可能会交给第三方模型服务商处理（例如 Groq、OpenAI）。我们只把完成任务所需的文件发给他们，并只选用承诺不使用 API 数据训练模型的服务商。
3. 我们怎么使用信息
只用于提供和改进服务：处理任务、发送通知、处理付款和退款、防止滥用，以及了解哪些工具最受欢迎。我们不出售你的个人信息，也不会把邮箱给任何第三方用于营销。
4. 我们和谁共享
只和帮我们运行服务的服务商共享必要的信息：Cloudflare（网站托管、文件存储、数据库）、支付服务商（如 Stripe）、邮件发送服务，以及上面提到的模型服务商。法律要求时，我们也可能按法律程序提供信息。
5. 数据存储位置
我们的服务商可能在加拿大以外（包括美国）存储和处理数据，这些地区的数据保护法律可能和你所在地不同。
6. 保留多长时间
- 上传的原文件：处理完成后立即删除。

Privacy Policy
Effective: October 26, 2026
In short: Originals are deleted as soon as processing finishes, and results are deleted after 7 days. We never train models on your files, never sell your information, and don't use ad or tracking cookies.
1. What we collect
- Email address: provided when you join the waitlist or create an account. Used for job notifications, receipts and service notices.
- Files you upload: used only to process the job you submit.
- Usage information: the tools you choose, page language, job history and credit balance.
- Approximate location: your country, inferred from your IP address, so we understand where users are. We don't store full IP addresses.
- Payment information: collected and processed directly by our payment processor (such as Stripe). We only receive the payment result and amount. We never see or store your card number.
- Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.
2. How your files are handled
- Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and used only for the job you submit.
- Original files are deleted as soon as processing finishes.
- Results are kept for 7 days so you can download them, then deleted automatically.
- We never use your files to train any model.
- Fast jobs may be processed by third-party model providers (for example Groq or OpenAI). We send them only what's needed to complete the job, and only use providers that commit not to train on API data.
3. How we use information
Only to provide and improve the service: processing jobs, sending notifications, handling payments and refunds, preventing abuse, and learning which tools people want. We never sell your personal information or share your email with anyone for marketing.
4. Who we share it with
Only the providers that help us run the service, and only what they need: Cloudflare (hosting, file storage, database), our payment processor (such as Stripe), our email delivery service, and the model providers mentioned above. We may also disclose information when legally required.
5. Where data is stored
Our providers may store and process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.
6. How long we keep it
- Uploaded originals: deleted as soon as processing finishes.
- Result files: 7 days.
- Waitlist emails: until we send the launch notice, or until you ask us to delete yours.
- Account and payment records: while your account exists, plus any period required by tax and accounting law.
7. Cookies and local storage
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The site only remembers your language choice in your browser. Once you sign in, a necessary session cookie keeps you logged in.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or leave the waitlist, at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
9. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We'll announce material changes on the site and update the effective date above.
